This morning I used Yahoo! to find more information on ‘how to make origami’ so I could post it into ‘How to paint’. And this is one of the first results I found:
It’s getting to the point where even though it’s random, it’s not random because I’m used to random. o. O Does that make sense. . . at all? XDDD Jeez, I wonder. … After she said hobbies, I was like *lightblub lights up, blinks a little, and then turns bright* I HAVE AN IDEA! Origami!
It’s pretty much said. Ali’s going to help me! Thank you, Ali!…
I decided to blog this result under ‘How to paint’. Let me know what you think of this…

At The Hospital February 9th, 2008 by Demara Do you know what that is in the picture here??? Its what you get when you visit the hospital in Canada. A bracelet with your name on it and other vital info. Thats right folks, I got one of those fancy branclets last night around 6:30. After that we spent about 2 hours waiting for a bed, then after getting a bed we waited another 30 mins or so. Then I was seen by another bracelet nurse, because the other original bracelet nurse had gone home for

Fast Company Goes Social
Today, Fast Company relaunched its Website as a business social network, putting blog posts, comments, and questions from its readers front and center. Readers are now are encouraged to sign up, create a profile, and join the business conversation. Over the past few years, the print version of Fast Company has been brought back from near-death (thanks largely to the efforts of top editors Bob Safian and Will Bourne, both of whom were editors of mine years ago at Fortune). Now it is trying

Last night I used Technorati to find more information on ‘how to make a gun’.. And this is one of the first results I found:
Anyway, I liked “the Eye” well enough, but really, if you’re going to make a scary movie, I think there actually has to be some kind of real threat to the protagonists, n ot just some nice mood creation. … Ever since I saw that first bootleg trailer and Rambo turning the jeep mounted machine gun on the driver and opening fire, turning the guy into pretty much mulch, I ‘ve been counting the days. And in that sense it doesn’t disappoint….
Hmmm, I have too look further into that for my Other blog.
When will Blu-Ray hit your data center?
Sony has finally won a format war and redeemed themselves from the Betamax debacle in the 80s. The immediate impact will certainly be in the consumer market, but it wont be long before the technology makes it into computers and data centers. The win was also impressive given the weight that Microsoft threw behind HD-DVD. John C. Dvorak said I am convnced that this whole HD DVD vs. Blu-Ray format war debacle was a scheme for Microsoft to mess with Sony. R.I.P. HD DVD (PC Mag) The HD DVD f

I’ve a passion for Other and keep looking for more info. Today, I checked if I could find more info by entering ‘how to make a bomb’ in Google and found this:
The Bush administration believes the best way to convince Syria to compromise with March 14 and improve its record on the Iraq border is by increasing the pain imposed on Syrian officials and the regime. I think this will fail, but one can never tell. We will see. There are those who believe that the situation in Lebanon is being stabilized by the heightened rhetoric of March 14, the killing of Mughniyah, and added sanctions on Syria. The irony for me is that only 3 days ago, I wrote a policy

Today I was digging for some info on ‘how to make a gif’ and came across the following paragraph:
GENTLEMEN’S CLUB Games aren’t just for kids. Grown men play them too. Even powerful men. their games may use the simple components of board games, like playing pieces and rules, but the stakes are much different. Men of power need a proper motive in order to be tempted into competition. Something real. Tangible. Valuable…. Like a magical island accessed through mystical portals and ruled by a mythical spirit who sits in a rocking chair in an invisible cabin. You know. Important stakes l

This morning I used Live search to find more info on ‘how to make a bom’ so I could post it into ‘How to paint’. And this is one of the many results:
Kalian membuat bom, kalian berperang, kalian membunuh, mencurang, dan berbohong kepada kami sambil berusaha meyakinkan kami bahwa ini adalah untuk kebaikan semua, n … If it makes a mistake, it’s because I screwed it up. Not because it doesn’t like me. . . Or feels threatened by me. . . Or thinks I’m a smart ass….
I tried several more searches on ‘how to make a bom’ but after 10 minutes I got lazy, gave up and posted this entry to ‘How to paint’. Still, I think it was an interesting exercise.

This morning I used Google to find more information on ‘how to make origami’.. And this is one of the many results:
I could probably pull off a game cake of the Adventure hero sans arrow sword, or fold up some origami throwing stars and toss them at my cats, pretending I am Ryu H ayabusa, but it wouldn’t be the same. … Armed with the knowledge provided me by Flynn’s excellent feature back in January of this year, I decided it was time to make long sleeve shirts a requirement for j…

I’ve completely forgotten how to write and I don’t have any ideas about anything. I do, however, have a collection of crafts and a pile of new gadgets. I got teased by most of my friends, but I couldn’t help it. Pencils down, hobbies up. During the strike, I was often reminded of an Onion piece that came out after 9/11: “Not Knowing What Else To Do, Woman Bakes American Flag Cake.” I knitted scarves. I sewed dresses, shirts, blouses, and fabric scarves (named “Scarfish,” and also declared bo

Overall, things have improved greatly with the whole g-tube thing. It is really, really wonderful to know he is getting enough calories every day now. I guess I didn’t acknowledge how much stress it was to keep track of his calories and see how he was failing every day to meet any kind of even minimal calorie needs. His school isn’t calling me every day to say his pump is beeping and what do they need to do. It still beeps, (I asked) but they know what to do now. Little Man is more cooperative t

Data Visualization: Honest, Powerful Interpretative Design
I have seen the future of interpretative design, and that future is data visualization. I’m talking tables of figures. Huge swaths of words. Volumes of dry-as-dirt content. On the face of it, data visualization is just about the least sexy thing imaginable. Entertain the idea of an exhibit based on Gantt charts and spreadsheets, and your head might just explode. And yet, over the last few years, as the web has unlocked piles of information, a quiet group of math-minded designers are figuring ou
